I am a solo practitioner with an office located in the town of Northeast Harbor,  on Mount Desert Island, Maine.  My focus is on the design of custom residential projects.  A former business partner described my talents this way:  “Todd’s “Downeaster” roots give him an innate sense of conservation and caring for the resources of the area and of his clientele.”  Projects are designed to minimize their impact on the land and it’s resources  in terms of both construction and operation, saving money and energy, while creating healthy, comfortable living environments without sacrificing character or beauty.
